Project scope
Specific deliverables, integrations, timelines, support and fees should be confirmed in a separate written project agreement or proposal. An integration should not be considered guaranteed until technical feasibility and required access have been checked.
Third-party platforms
Automation can depend on WhatsApp, messaging providers, calendars, CRMs, hosting services and other third-party systems. Their availability, APIs, pricing, permissions and policies can change independently of SaaS Turtle.

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of business information they provide for an automation workflow and for using the resulting system appropriately. High-stakes professional judgement should not be delegated to an automated system without suitable controls.
